PROBLEM GAMBLING PREVENTION WEEK (PGPW)

This week-long community-based awareness program is designed by the Responsible Gambling Council (RGC) and organized in conjunction with many organizations across the province. The program focuses community attention on the risks of problem gambling, ways to limit those risks, realistic expectations of winning and losing and where to get help if you have a problem. PGPW is one of Canada’s largest problem gambling prevention programs to date, reaching over 3 million households through awareness displays, local information, activities and advertising.
